The frame is a 49 cm and is beautiful. Perfect for a triathelete or time trialist. It is a 2003 Quintana Roo-Kilo frame (with carbon fiber fork). $400 for frame, wheels $200. I have a few 650 tubes for free too! Contact: AnnettePadillamp@aol.com.

Canyon Trail

Some of my friends have blogs so maybe I'll write too. I found a new trail in Penesquitos Canyon that connects the main trail to Mira Mesa. It's really steep but worth it and gives one the opportunity to run with your bike. It takes you form the base to Camino Ruiz Park.
